MEDAN – WARTA CIANJUR – Polda Sumut mengambil alih penanganan kasus penggelapan pajak Rp 2,5 miliar di UPT Samsat Pangururan, Kabupaten Samosir, dari Polres Samosir. Kasus penggelapan pajak ini disebut menjadi pemicu seorang polisi, Bripka AS, bunuh diri.
“Penanganan perkaranya saat ini ditarik Polda Sumut,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, kepada wartawan, Sabtu (25/3/3023).
Hadi juga menyebut Polda Sumut telah membentuk tim khusus mengusut kematian anggota Satlantas Polres Samosir, Bripka AS, yang diduga terlibat dalam penggelapan pajak. Tim itu terdiri dari Ditreskrimum, Ditreskrimsus, dan Bidpropam.
“Polda Sumut telah membentuk tim dari reserse krimum reserse, krimsus dan Propam,” ujarnya.
Kapolda Sumut, Irjen Panca Putra Simanjuntak, disebut sudah bertemu dengan keluarga Bripka AS. Panca berjanji akan menangani kasus itu dengan transparan.
“Bapak Kapolda memastikan proses penanganan perkara ini berjalan transparan dan terbuka,” sebut Hadi.
